1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (sfsmodels.org) or purchasing any product from SFS Models, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products and Delivery

SFS Models sells downloadable digital products in the form of Microsoft Excel workbooks (.xlsx files). All pre-built models are delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant upon successful payment. Custom models are delivered within the timeframe agreed at the point of engagement. You are responsible for ensuring that your system meets the minimum requirements to open and use the files (Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, or compatible spreadsheet software).

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. We strongly recommend reviewing the free sample version of any model before purchasing the full version. Free samples are available for all pre-built models and are designed to give you a clear understanding of the model's structure, logic, and output quality. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased file (e.g. a corrupted download), please contact us at sfsmodels362@gmail.com and we will provide a replacement.

4. Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the model for your own personal or professional purposes. This includes:

• Using the model within your organisation for internal analysis, reporting, and decision-making
• Modifying inputs, assumptions, and parameters to suit your specific requirements
• Printing or presenting outputs generated by the model

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or make available the model (in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified) to any third party. You may not use the model to create a competing product or service. If you require additional licences for use across multiple teams or entities, please contact us.

5. Intellectual Property

All models, templates, documentation, website content, branding, and associated materials are the intellectual property of SFS Models and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Purchasing a model grants you a licence to use it as described in Section 4 above. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. The structure, formulas, layout, formatting, and methodology embodied in each model remain the property of SFS Models.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we take care to ensure our models are accurate and professionally constructed, we do not warrant that any model will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for validating all outputs, assumptions, and calculations before relying on them for any purpose.

7. No Financial Advice

SFS Models is not a financial advisory firm, and nothing on this website or within our products constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. Our models are analytical tools designed to support your own analysis and decision-making. They are not recommendations to take any particular financial action. You should consult a qualified professional adviser before making any financial decisions based on outputs from our models. SFS Models accepts no responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken based on the use of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFS Models shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Custom Model Engagements

Custom model engagements are subject to a separate scope of work agreed between SFS Models and the client prior to commencement. Payment terms, delivery timelines, and revision allowances will be specified in that agreement. Intellectual property in custom models is retained by SFS Models unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The terms in this document apply to custom engagements except where the separate agreement expressly states otherwise.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your product (name, email address, and payment details processed securely by our payment provider). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy; your payment details are never stored on our servers. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
